Cartodraft will attempt to dispatch your order the very next working day via Courier or Australia Post.
If you specify a Post Office Box as your delivery address your parcel will automatically be shipped via Australia Post: Standard Delivery Timetables

Delivery charges:

Folded Maps within Australia - Delivery will be $4.95 (applies to parcel, not each item)

Laminated Maps within Australia Delivery in a tube - $15.95 (applies to parcel, not each item)

Laminated Maps Outside Australia, Delivery in a tube - $25.00 (applies to parcel, not each item)

Framed maps with Australia - delivery $25.00

All other products will be $15.95 unless specified in the shopping cart.

Payment

All on-line orders are to be prepaid, unless otherwise pre-arranged with our credit department.

Return Policy

Cartodraft will replace any defective goods within 7 Days of Purchase.

The customer is responsible for returning the defective goods for exchange.

All returns must be pre arranged and approved by Cartodraft Australia Pty Ltd.
